High in monounsaturated fat, Oleic Acid, Palmitoleic Acid, polyphenols, Vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C and E.
It is normally a yellow to green liquid with a mild characteristic aroma. It is cloudy in appearance as minute particles of the fruit are present in the oil.
Excellent emollient. Suitable for all skin types including those with mature skin. Not tested on animals and vegan friendly. No GMO and Hexane free.
This versatile oil can be used in salad dressings, smoothies, pasta dishes, a dip for bread, drizzled over grilled fish or meat, roasted vegetables and many more. It adds flavour and richness.
