Refund Policy

This policy covers paid listing subscriptions purchased by hospitals, clinics, dentists and doctors through List Your Business. It does not cover treatment received from a Provider — a refund for treatment is a matter between you and that Provider directly, under whatever terms you agreed with them.

1. What You’re Paying For

A subscription buys a listing and visibility placement on ExBeauty — a profile page for your business shown to UK patients researching treatment abroad, along with the SEO and backlink value of being listed on the site. It is not, and is never sold or represented as, a guarantee of patient enquiries, bookings or any particular volume of traffic. Enquiries depend on many factors outside our control (your specialism, pricing, location, reviews and how patients search), and generating them is your responsibility once your listing is live, not a service outcome we promise.

2. Subscriptions Renew Automatically

Listing plans (Standard and Featured tiers #1–#3) are recurring subscriptions billed monthly, six-monthly or annually depending on the plan chosen, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account or by contacting us — cancelling stops the next charge but does not itself refund the period you’ve already paid for, and your listing stays live until the end of that period.

3. No Refunds Once a Listing Is Live

Because your payment is for the listing and visibility placement itself — not for any patient outcome — we do not offer refunds once your listing has gone live on the site, for any billing period, including the first. This applies regardless of how many (or how few) enquiries your listing generates. If you believe you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate payment or a billing mistake on our part), contact us and we will review it.

4. Featured Placements & Longer Terms

Featured tiers (#1–#3) are exclusive to one Provider per city for the length of the term, and 6-monthly/annual plans are priced at a discount to reflect that longer commitment. These plans are non-refundable on the same basis as section 3, except where required by law.

5. Cancelling

contact us with your business name and the email address used at checkout to cancel future renewals. Your listing remains visible until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
