Please read these terms carefully before using ExBeauty. By browsing this website, submitting an enquiry, writing a review, or purchasing a provider listing, you agree to be bound by them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Who We Are, and What This Site Does

ExBeauty (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website as a directory and lead-generation marketplace connecting people seeking medical treatment abroad (“Patients”, “you”) with independent hospitals, clinics, dentists and doctors (“Providers”) who list on the site. 2. What We Do — and Don’t — Provide

We are not a medical referral service, a medical provider, a travel agent, or a booking agent, and we do not endorse, recommend or guarantee any specific Provider. We are not medically qualified, do not practise medicine, and nothing on this site — including provider profiles, treatment descriptions, badges, or patient reviews — constitutes medical advice or a diagnosis.

We give you information to help you research and compare Providers yourself. If you choose to contact a Provider through this site, any resulting conversation, quotation, booking and treatment is a matter directly between you and that Provider. We are not involved in, and are not a party to, any contract for medical services between you and a Provider — our only role is putting you in touch with each other.

3. Listings Are Independent Third-Party Information

Hospitals, clinics, dentists and doctors listed on this site are independent businesses, not our employees, agents or partners. We take reasonable steps to check the information a Provider gives us before listing them (see our Provider Membership Agreement), and a “Verified” badge reflects checks we have carried out or evidence a Provider has supplied — but we do not independently verify every claim, price, accreditation or qualification a Provider makes, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of any listing. 4. Using This Site

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and not to submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through our enquiry, review or contact forms. You must not attempt to interfere with the site’s security or normal operation, scrape or harvest data from the site, or impersonate any person or Provider.

5. Reviews

Reviews published on this site are the personal opinions of the patients who wrote them, not statements made or endorsed by ExBeauty. See our Review Policy for how reviews are checked, and what isn’t permitted.

6. Provider Listings & Payment

Providers list on ExBeauty under a paid subscription described in full in our Provider Membership Agreement, with refund terms set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The design, text, graphics and other content of this website (excluding content supplied by Providers about themselves, and reviews submitted by patients) belong to ExBeauty or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, but may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute site content without our written permission.

8. Links to Other Websites

This site links to Providers’ own websites and to third-party review sources. We’re not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of any site we link to, and a link doesn’t imply our endorsement of it.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

This site and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the site will be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExBeauty is not liable for any loss or damage arising from: your use of, or inability to use, this site; your reliance on any listing, badge, price or review shown on it; or any treatment, service or transaction you undertake with a Provider found through this site. This includes direct, indirect and consequential loss, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
